Shipping and Processing:

Please allow units that are not "ON HAND" 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE PROCESSED,THIS INCLUDES CUSTOM WIGS,BUNDLES, CLOSURES ETC.

BUSINESS DAYS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY 10AM-6PM (NOT INCLUDING HOLIDAYS).

SHIPPING TIME DEPENDS ON THE OPTION YOU CHOOSE AT CHECKOUT. IF YOU CHOOSE "PICK UP" AT CHECK OUT, A NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL YOU HAVE PROVIDED ONCE THE UNIT IS AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP 

FLAT RATE USPS SHIPPING

Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order departs our facilities. *Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777).* 

RETURN POLICY :

B.LUXEBEAUTYBAR has a strict NO RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY. This is due to unsanitary, health and safety concerns. Please ensure you're ordering the correct item and review the description of the item before checking out. There are no refunds or exchanges.In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item, we will gladly replace it as long as the product has not been altered or worn in any way.

For "Units on Hand"- All units are made with a 22" circumference size, please try on your unit and be sure it is fit to your satisfaction BEFORE cutting off the lace.After the lace has been cut or any part of the unit has been altered we cannot accept the unit back for return or exchange.

Custom Units: 

All Custom Units come prep lucked and customized unless stated otherwise.If you are ordering a full lace or any pre-made wig there are no special customizations done unless requested for an additional price.

 

Maintenance:

1. Co-wash at least once a week
2. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
3. Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting from the ends working your way up to the roots
4. Rinse out conditioner thoroughly

5. Let hair air dry

Keep styling products use at a minimum to avoid build up!

For Wavy & Curly hair use a spray bottle filled water to maintain the curl pattern
If you are going for the “WET” look use a leave in conditioner & water
DO NOT USE PRODUCTS THAT ARE ALCOHOL BASED.

** PLEASE HAVE UNITS AND BUNDLES COLORED PROFESSIONALLY, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PRODUCTS BEING DAMAGED AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN ALTERED**

Cancellation policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once an order has been placed there will be no cancellation of that order.
